    I didn't receive my credits for placing 7th in a tournament

    Which tournament?  If you are referring to the week 29 tournaments, payouts can take up to 14 days to pay out.

    Tournaments

    Prizes will be awarded after all of the players' scores are verified and approved by WGT. This can take up to 2-4 weeks after the end of a tournament.
