  1801 - William Seward ~ US Secretary of State for President Lincoln who cobbled a deal to purchase Alaska for 2 cents per acre. Was slated to be assassinated the same night of Lincoln. Suffering in bed from a nasty carriage accident, he was attacked by Louis Powell and stabbed in the face and arm yet somehow survived. Powell was caught, tried and hanged.

  I never thought of it that way Cap....it's a good way of lookin' at it, you know, trying to figure which days end in a "Y" 

  ...and I screwed up...I missed the big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to 2-1, better known as TWOMINUSONE who celebrated year 46 on....yep the 14th, same as Paul Ton that I didn't...didn't screw up...yes?
