  cheats ,cheat for credits.....get rid of the credits..dang never have played for credits in matchplay or skins never will ,the game is way to bogus,(as in the fact that a dinged shot may not give you the desired result as you see it but as wgt sees fit to play it.) along with the cheats i see it as stoopud to play for credits.

  And before ya all start going off at my comment...how many times have you hit the same shot as a person your playing with and had way differing results........and the reason for this is because they say 2 shots are never the same in real golf ,also no  one can hit it perfectly all the time they say ......it aint real golf never will be ..tis a puter game ....if i allow for wind and up or down correctly or close to it and hit the ding ..i'd like the result i deserve not what wgt plucks out of the air.I dont have a problem with everyone being able to shoot the same scores if ya can work it out right and hit the ding ,you should get the result you deserve.....the wind fluctuates so its still not easy to judge it sometimes the dinga is also not that easy to hit most of the time..so its not like were all going to shoot -18 under every game ....but the only need to have all this bogus (real life golf game excuse) VEM is to enable results in tournaments where there are a few at the top and the rest of us poor devils strive ball after ball to match those at the top....get rid of credit games ..no need to cheat no need to install VEM either.

  Do you have any idea how many people would probably leave the game if there weren't some kind of in game currency that you could earn or win to buy stuff. 

  I know, I for one would be outta here.  I am not gonna plop even 10 bucks a month down on this game. The only reason I am here is because I have learned and practiced the game to a point where I can do well enough in the RGs, free and paid weeklies and monthlies and match play challenge to earn enough credits to buy balls and equipment and gift stuff to people. 

  I started from the beginning and got to a point where i can do it and I sucked at one point, so if you can learn the game and how it plays and more importantly, manage the mishits and recover from them, you can do well in the tourneys.

  Lastly, if you don't wanna have anything to do with credits, then its simple, don't play in anything that has a credit prize attached to it.  Use you hard earned cash or the free credit option to be able to buy your gear.  Play skins, match play, stroke, alt shot with friends not involving credits and start a CC with a bunch of people who think like you do and start tourneys that have no prizes attached to them.

  Not even gonna talk about VEM or WTF shots or any of that

  And more of the CTTH courses made into full play courses some real nice courses on here that we cant play pleez

  We get Pinehurst #2 for 18 hole stroke play in May and Pebble Beach will be photographed soon so it can be made available for 18 hole stroke play.

  I'm guessing we'll have PB for 18 hole stroke play late this year or early in 2015.

  They already have the 2015 US Open venue Chambers Bay on schedule for May of 2015.

  • Items Requested and under consideration
  • Items Agreed to be implemented, with approximate timeframe and/or priority
  • Rejected requests and a brief reason

  I think if this type of format could be updated regularly it would stop some duplication in the posts, and keep players informed. Currently we only have a list of requests and what has been implemented, but many players (like myself) feel that requests are not heard or considered and would at least give some transparency between WGT and the forum. Currently the only time the community hears news is after an update or the odd Twitch Chat (and as one poster put it, he looked like a deer in headlights) with Chad. Communication is the one area that lets WGT down - the product is excellent so just brandishing a thought that you could consider or forward to the right person.

  Obviously this would require a WGT employees  time to compile and post and I realize that Icon must be busy as you are the sole moderator currently.

  A response would be appreciated whether this is feasible (all three points) and if not, why not.
