I'm a mobile player using android 14 on wgt version 1.97.0.270953. I used to be able to go to surveys and select anyone of the available and start one straight away. Now, I see the surveys but when I tap start survey nothing happens. I've tried to start multiple surveys on multiple days with the same result. I've also submitted two or three trouble tickets without resolution. Looking for any possible explanation anyone may have to appease my frustration and disappointment. Ty
