I'm playing the Safari tournament, I got to the 9th hole, and I suspect my opponent forfeited. The game, however, is locked up, waiting for my opponent to respond. It's been about 10 minutes of me waiting now, well over 45 seconds. This happens a lot when I'm in a tournament and my opponent has forfeited.
So, my question is, how do I resume the game without forfeiting myself? There ought to be a way to continue the game without me having to wait for a forfeited player to do something.
