    I purchased some new balls, and it took my credits but it didn't give me the balls. I hope I did it right, I must have or why would they have taken my credits.  How or what can I do to get them, or my  credits back. Also if I buy some balls can I send them to a friend as a gift? Thanks

    You can gift balls but not from your own stock.

    Dave-You have to manually change them. They're probably in your bag so go there and look for them with the L/R arrows. When you find them drag them into the ball box at the top and save the changes.  

    If you want to gift balls you do it directly from the purchase page. Click on Give as a Gift and you will be prompted to enter the ID you're sending them to. GL
