wgt update still not resolved this issue still can not log in on IE

    Is the server busy?

An unusually large number of requests for a Web page can cause the server that runs the site to become overloaded and unable to process additional page requests. This is most likely to happen with very popular Web sites or sites that offer time-specific information, such as online broadcasts of live events.

Try to access the page at a different time or on a different day.

    Can you view the page?

I just got that message using Comodo IceDragon. I didn't allow it. I was only trying to enter the weekly multi-round. Came back from vacation only to find I can't play (at least, play AND feel safe about it). That clearing cache "fix-all' is getting old. My computer is as clean as the day it was bought. I even cleaned it immediately upon turning it on today on today, and it has been turned off for over a week (was cleaned, scanned, defragged, and wiped before i turned it off, too).

I'm pretty sure all it is, is WGT have re-newed their annual SSL certificate or indeed just in receipt of one and your PC is asking for verification as to, are you sure this is the site you are wishing to connect to?

Would be nice for WGT to at least verify this to put members minds at rest.

    Hello Icon,

I have been getting the "Untrusted Certificate" error while accessing HTTPS pages of WGT.com.

To get an idea on why, I ran an SSL error check on wgt.com from www.digicert.com/help & ran their TEST. I got the following results. I hope this helps you to identify whether the problem lies with us Users or not.

    DNS resolves 'www.wgt.com' to 66.70.125.43

    HTTP Server Header: Microsoft-IIS/6.0

    Heartbleed Vulnerability

Server is not vulnerable to the Heartbleed Bug because Heart beats are not enabled on this server.

    SSL certificate

    Common Name = *.wgt.com

    Subject Alternative Names = *.wgt.com, wgt.com

Issuer = Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2

    Serial Number = 2B2914711AE3AE

    SHA1 Thumbprint = 17FEB6436E3425ED3CED0AE95BA028FF9CED7475

    Key Length = 4096 bit

    Signature algorithm = SHA256 + RSA (excellent)

    Secure Renegotiation: Supported

This certificate does not use a vulnerable Debian key (this is good)

SSL Certificate has not been revoked

    OCSP Staple: Not Enabled
    OCSP Origin: Good
    CRL Status: Good

    SSL Certificate expiration

The certificate expires June 9, 2014 (50 days from today)

    Certificate Name matches www.wgt.com

    Subject *.wgt.com
    Valid from 10/Apr/2014 to 09/Jun/2014
Issuer Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2

    SSL Certificate is not trusted

The certificate is not signed by a trusted authority (checking against Mozilla's root store). If you bought the certificate from a trusted authority, you probably just need to install one or more Intermediate certificates. Contact your certificate provider for assistance doing this for your server platform.

    Thanks,

    Kelsp
