  If 24 hours have passed since you completed the offer and you still haven't received your credits please send a support request to TrialPay by clicking the Contact Support link here: http://wgt.com/user/offers.aspx

  From there you can check the status of surveys/offers you've participated in.  If the offer is listed as completed and you still have not received your credits, please contact me directly by messaging me from my Profile page.

  Keep all emails of the transaction and send them to Trialpay. Basically, with the one of the item I had problems with, I sent them the emails and they had no choice but to take them as proof, as I had my "Welcome to.." email and one for a deposit I made into the offers account. They kicked up a fuss for a while but eventually paid the credits
