  Dear Sirs, I had an e-mail telling me i won a prize (0.63 crs)in wk 30 9 hole unlmtd play.The end date was July 25th 2010 @11.59pm.It is now 28th July 2010 and the credits have still not appeared in my account. Could you explain please. Oh by the way fantastic game and told all my friends about it. My user name is Molineux . Thank you.

  Hi molineux,

  That is not unusual.  We do a manual verification of the results for those tournaments to help weed out any duplicate accounts or cheaters. The Top 70 finishers are usually paid within a few days on most occasions, but we do ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for the credits to be deposited in your account.  I imagine the week 30 tournament results will be taken care of very soon.
