    I have encountered a problem on the greens.  When puttimg, usually my first shot, I will release the put as close to center mark as possible only to have the swing continue well beyond the center mark taking my shot way off course.  To say the least, this is frustrating as hell.  What gives?

    If you are not ready to upgrade, try taking a practice swing, each time, to gage the meter speed.  Do everything as you usual to take a stroke, but do not click the second time when the ball is near the white line and it does not count as a stroke.  You can use that technique with any club.
