Load Error

  Sometimes I get the following screen without no error code when the game fails to load.

  Haha, I can't believe I'm gonna say this but...

  When you froze like this, were you able to right-click and submit a bug report?  Did anything unusual happen prior to starting the tournament (i.e. did you enter via the website instead of the game client or vice versa)?  What tournament did this happen in and is this the first and only time you've seen this?

  Oops,  I didn't send a bug report.  The ball in the tee box didn't load, thus I tried restarting the game via through the home page (Website), "Return to Game".   I'll make a mental note of the bug report and send it next time it happens.

  I got the IO loading error here...and it appeared like 4x in a row....

  What causes this ?
