No longer works on my PC

    My launcher suddenly stopped working. I uninstalled the game from my Windows 10 PC and loaded it again. When I attempt to launch it the process gets stuck while decompressing the patch and leaves this error message:

    System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files

     

    Any suggestions?

    Try a full Reinstall .

    Hi Scott, having a problem with launching my player also. Tried messaging you but don't know if you got it. Can you please let me know if you received my previous message.

    It was on these forums but not sure which thread. I could email you the details of the problem plus screenshots if that would help. Don't know if I can attach screenshot pictures on here, do not see an "attach" icon.

    It worked!!!! thanks so much. I'd done everything, but edit the registry, which I have no clue how to do. So Fantastic!!!!
