I think what they're trying to say is that,
without the GROUP number,
ROUND number,
MATCH number,
TIE number or
PLAYER numbers
The organisers are somehow expected to search the information out to score the match played....
When you report your individual matches as they are played - the report should look something like this -
Group 3 - Round 2 - Match 2 - Tie 1
AAA vs Nova A
#207 Sottypearson vs #149 Spazzstick
Spazzstick wins 60 / 61
(insert brief match report here)
