  This was a really tight match up to the turn with the odd mistake here and there but also many close approaches too.

  Through holes 10 to 14 I managed to edge further ahead the highlight of which was the rather fortunate hole out from 147 yards on the 12th )for the longest hole out on 2nd shot comp). I forgot to save the wgt replay but as I streamed the match clippe dit from that (attached below).

  Well played and fought Joseph and I can say that the scoreline of 5 & 4 to me does not reflect how close this match was more much of it.

  Rob we have not played in a bit m8 ...But as always you show to be a real gentleman! Congrats on the win! Joe is a gr8 guy and player...This is his first Cup so I look for him to come back strong...

  Front 9 was real close with a back and forth and then Frank's wheel came off with more close putts but nothing would fall. Enjoyed another new player in a WC match. This is always lots of fun.

  I had my game with Jo this morning. We had a really good battle going, until the lying dots got me on a 7 ft'r. Jo canned his longer one to win the hole. We halved 17th, and i had to try to hole out on the 18th to get it to extra's. Jo stuck his inside 3 ft, so it was my only option. Had a great time with a very nice gentleman. It was a pleasure to play someone of his quality!  Congrats Jo!
