To to clarify the concerns some had with the 45 second clock.... true or not, I had been told there was some slight concern with the amount of time an 18 hole alt shot would take. Due to this, I did indeed make the offer that we would be willing to play a 45 or 60 second clock if they wanted, as I too had some concerns with how long it would take. My apologies if this was interpreted as that was all we were willing to play. We would have played whatever our opponents wanted honestly. We just wanted to play and join in the fun spirit of a club vs club match.
