How long do you get to play with purchased balls before they take them away?

rule of thumb i saw in a post somewhere was approx 50 hits per point of duribility on non-WGT balls and appox 60 hits per point of duribility on WGT balls. And everyone seems to agree that putts dont count as hits on the ball.

So the 2.5 Srixons would average about 120 non-putting strokes, while a 2.0 WGT GI3-S ball would average about 120.

I do know that get on average aournd 6 9-hole rounds on my 2.5 Nike's.

    * Putts do not count as hits & are not included, except putts from the fringe.

    ** Calculated based on 21 hits per 9-hole round (par 36 with 67% green-in-regulation).

There are a few empty fields and the new Nike balls aren't listed, but I can atest to the accuracy of the statistics.

As you can see, dots of durability as provided by WGT can be a bit inaccurate.

    Nitpicking:

You don't purchase or own any equipment and they don't take the balls away...

According to the T&Cs, we buy credit licenses with our money, then we may exchange these for equipment licenses.

Ball licenses expire after a certain amount of hits, while the use of other equipment licenses is at the discretion of the licenser, WGT.
