blocking members

  I am getting tired of members not completing the course that we play in like if it's 9 hole they'll quit on the 2nd or 3rd Tee. How do you block that member from playing withe me again.

  You can block players. 

  1 - Click "accounts" which is right above the "Play Now" button.

  2 - Then click "block players".

  From there you can "Block" ant player you wish.

  He can. But it doesn't block them from playing with him again, only the blocked players won't be able to post on his wall.

  I have a strategy with minimal forfeits when I play. If I'm ahead, I make sure it's only by one or two at the most, otherwise it'll end up in forfeit most of the time. I purposely miss a putt, so the opponent have a chance to catch up. If I'm losing, then I like it much better, because I can actually play my game and try to catch up, and get my xp.

  What does Blocking Other Players do?

  WGT has a great community, but you're bound to not want to hear from everyone, so use the new Block Player option on the Community page. Blocking a player will remove the ability for that player to invite, friend, challenge, message or post on your wall.

  How do I block another player?

  Just go to your ACCOUNT section and click on the BLOCK PLAYERS section or follow this link.

  Will other players know I have blocked them?

  Other players will not be notified when you block them.

  I guess that makes them a d**k.

  Reporting them to members@worldgolftour.com is probably the best you can do.
