I played an alternate shot game the other day and although I was playing well, my partner kept hitting his putts past the hole. After about 6 holes of this I left him a 3ft putt and he put it 4 feet past. So I decided to suggest he knock 10% off his putting distance as the greens were faster than he was used to. To which he replied, "DON'T LEAVE THE F*****G BALL SO FAR FROM THE HOLE THEN YOU A***H**E". I decided not to give tips after that.
