lack of spin!!

  as much as i like this game it is really starting to wind me up, i have the tour s balls and starter plus clubs and no matter what i do i can't seem to get the ball to spin back or even slow down which is very annoying and totally screws up my score.

  i know how to put spin on the ball but it just dose'nt work.       any help, hint or tips would be gratefully accepted.       ty.

  Hi,

  Spin works very well with proper clubs and proper balls. When you shop, pay close to attention to spin rate and anything with at least 3 dots in that area will work very well.

  Please keep in mind that spin is really effective with wedges and sometimes short irons. Like in real golf, it is very hard/impossible to spin long irons.

  But, if you get 1 of those ping wedges with 3 or 3.5 dots to spin, and hit it full bs, It will comeback:)

  P.s also, wind can play a role in spin and its direction.

  A satin wedge will sort you out. Only around 200 credits.
