LMAO. It seems like this past winter, as hard as it was here in the east, was just an excuse for all homeowners to wait until the tulips showed up to get their collective butts in gear on their remodels. I'm so friggin busy I just noticed this (thanks to a PM). I woulda missed 1 of them anyway-didn't know about the state line thing. :-(
