Amidst the plethora of new awards (some of them rather undistinguished - like an award for holing out, whether it be a birdie or a louis), might I suggest a meaningful award: the Bogeyman.

This would be awarded based on the number of bogey-free rounds (9 or 18), starting with 1 as the lowest level etc. This seems to me to be a worthy achievement. I daresay even the pros look at it that way when it comes to challenging events, like the US Open, where making even par gives you a chance to strike at the championship.

A bogey saved is a birdie earned.

Maybe this wouldn't be a big deal to the Masters, but it would mean something to the strivers.

Heck, even as a Master of eight months [Yes I know everyone, it's not that impressive], I still am more than happy to see a bogey-free round on my scorecard!

I would love to have to shot 500 of those for the Diamond Award!

Sounds like a great award. The only problem I see is, I would never get it!
