I keep pressing play now and all i get is a white screen. what is up please help. I've been playing over a year now and never had any problems.
Start by clearing your browser and cache files. Quite often this solves the problem.

if I do that it says all the info on my computer is deleted. what do I do?
The information that gets deleted gets replaced by the game. It doesn't involve your stuff, just what the game needs.
