When I logged in earlier " End of the Year Special, Day 4 Reveal " appeared, then disappeared. I believe I saw a Titleist Level 0 (not sure which one).

It still does not appear. Is this happening to anyone else ?

I have been waiting through this event for a ball with specs 5+ Distance & 4+ Spin. Now that there is/was one I can not access it (That's the story of my life. lol)

Is there an expected time frame for a fix ?

If this passes 11:59 PM Pacific Time, will you still honor it?

I saw the first day , I think , Bridgestone balls , haven’t seen any others !!

It's not all that unusual for the promo only to display on the first time one launches the game that day. I've seen that happen before. It doesn't mean that the offer has gone away or disappeared. The offer is still valid. You just don't get the splash screen when logging on again. At least, that's been my experience.

Regardless, since the offer is listed under WGT News, I don't see why there's any reason to believe it's disappeared or that a fix is needed. All you have to do is to make the purchase of 2,000 (or more) credits.

If you go to top of page there is a tab that says “Forums”.
The second option under that is “WGT News”
