    Hello Again Everyone,

Further to the demise of the monthly single play tournament the 9 hole single play weekly will now be included in my rankings. The first 2 of these from weeks 32 amd 33 are included below with the 18 hole from week 33.

With a second and a first under his belt nivlac has streched his lead at the top to almost 3 points but Avatar Lee does not seem tp play the 9 hole tourneys so may need to give him a nudge. These two guys are both unbeleivably good consistant performers. Big shout also to ncvic for winning one of the 9 hole hole comps.

Gitthe is now within touching distance of tibbets and I would expect an overtake manouver this week.

In the rest of the top 10, two guys move into to it, mwb5010 and thunderbird, great playing guys. Especially tunderbird whos relentless march up the table continues and he is the biggest mover on the table today up 6 places to 10.

The other big risers this week are TaterNater, craiger85 and bheffern all up 4 places.

The highest new entry this week is BolloxInBruge coming in at 41 and congratulations to qld1jim, paulmcm, steel4cre and DrFeelgood all for breaking top 50 this week.

    Good luck this week guys

    Yes, thanks again.

This has probably been discussed before, but: why aren't premium tournaments included? Those are single play too, and for money, so even more pressure.

This is of course a selfish request as including those would help my ranking ;)

If you are solidly against including premiums, then perhaps there could be two seperate tables, although I imagine it is enough work as it is keeping this one up.

edit: I see this is masters only, so I guess I am out of luck either way :]

    Yo Ace...

it would be nice if the formula for calculating the rankings was posted somewhere.  what tourneys you are using and how points are awarded etc.  most in the top 50 may already have this info... it would be nice if it was permanently stickied... or linkable somewhere.  maybe everytime you posted the new rankings you copied the link in your post.

i look forward to participating once reach master.

Here is where it began: World Stroke Play Rankings with discussion.

Sorry.  Link mechanism seems to be inop. as does html editor.

    Enjoy,

These ranking figures are based on every 18-hole, single-play, free-to-enter tournament this year to date.

As Paul says at the top of this page, he has now also included the 9-hole single-play weeklies in the ranking. (It would be nice if he included this notice below each weekly ranking, because people ask about his criteria every week.)

I think WGT should do the rankings instead, based on what TallAcePaul said, almost. But i think the rankings should just be based on the 18-hole single stroke play, not "free-to-enter tournaments". Because that kinda be unfair, dont you think?? And WGT should do it as well
