When I went in the home page, in the community spotlight, I saw an account with a 62.00 average and is a hack on level 24. This account has an average of 62.00 and is a hack. Isn't this account supposed to be a master not a hack. Even though they have an average of 62.00 why are they still a hack? Beacuse they are still on level 24? I don't get it.
