  I like that one as well,  keep it down close to the ding area,  hold my shot at the top and release when the % is low.

  He got his background activity down to nothing. He said the CPU was at "dead flat zero" and that means there was nothing getting in his way. Pretty basic stuff.

  Yeah it's really the key to a smooth meter.  Low CPU = as good a meter as your PC will allow.
