After weeks of unanswered emails to WGT, except for polite automated replies that promise actual replies that never come, I am now forced to conclude sadly that the great attention WGT used to show to its patrons is a thing of the past. I know, WGT is busy, but something has to be done to correct its current trend in customer service or disappointing lack thereof..
