After making master last weekend the first purchase I made was the G-10 Driver and I was satisfied with it. But after checking many of the top players and seeing that they were playing the Taylor Made R9 Super-Tri driver I bypassed my normal rent it first and test it and bought it. First let me say I am not easily impressed with new equipment but that being said I am very impressed with the performance of the Super Tri. After playing 4 rounds with it I can see why so many people are using it. In 4 rounds using for the most part the tour-SD ball with no feel I only missed 2 fairways and the distance of the Super -Tri is unbelievable.255 + against the 30 mile an hour St.Andrews winds.And well over 300 with only moderate winds at Kiawah. It's worth every one of the 1395 credits I paid.
