    Hi All. This is my first post, apologise for it being a help post!! I have just purcgased some credits with the offer of recieving a free driver. Havn't been equiped with the driver and I dont know how to redem it via the purchase. Any suggestions most welcomed. Thanks Steve

    Hi steve,

    Please send an email to customer service dept at members@worldgolftour.com.  Just explain which promotion you're referring to and which date you made your deposit.  They'll be able to look into that and get it sorted out for you.

    I'm afraid not. I sent a mail to explain the situation with dates of credit purchase etc but have not recieved any reply as yet.
