Use Paypal. They have an Italian site. I have linked it but I would suggest searching it yourself for security reasons.(you don't know who I am so do not trust anybody linking financial sites)
Once on the main site just click the worldwide link. (it may take you directly to the Italian site because of your ISP.)
It is free to sign up as well and it does the proper conversion for you.
