There is a level requirement now too. I guess it's something like 25.

I'm a newb to WGT and I just moved up to amateur status after about 5 games played. One round was a 72. My level was 18 at the time. My friends have not moved up with the same number of rounds played, but they have not posted as good of scores.

How are some players only on level 19 and scoring like 59's and 58's? I checked what clubs they use and they are the regular WGT starters, now I know some of the game is skill, but even if you put the ball on the hole with every shot, some holes are too long to birdie with those clubs because they dont reach.  Does anyone have any answers?

Play a lot (and win). Play higher stake matches (and win). Buy clubs (trust me on this one). Has nothing to do with average score.

This is a completely different world than the one us old time flash players grew up in!

Have fun and hit em straight,

Do you really think they can have that kinda average even with good clubs ? Not without some kind of help.

The help I have comes from over 5,300 ranked rounds and a lot of time in practice mode. Also watching the best players and reading the forums for tips.

You get out of the game what you put into the game.

And, I'm really not that good.

Have fun and hit 'em straight,

    John
