I am continually surprized at how compelling this game is. And while it is in no way as costly as playing the real McCoy, it seems to require the same amount of patience, concentration and time to improve.
So, if I could start a wish list of improvements to this gaming experience, I would like a feature that allows me to go to any spot on a course and practice my shots. Like rescuing my game out of sand trap. Or finding my way back onto the fairway from the woods. Or mastering that 41-yard putt.
Sure, you don't have that luxury in the real world -- maybe not even in Second Life -- but if I aspired to more than a hack in the real world I would have been born into wealth.
