This course was used for the PGA Championship a few back. Pros were hitting in the 80s. I'm a 8 handicap and played it and it brought me to my knees. Played with co-workers who were better than me and didn't fair much better. OMG ever there tell us about it...Doc

I play this course last September.  Hit the day of the year.  75 deg. and no wind. The caddie said we were the luckiest group becase of the weather.    Wonderful course, really challenging.  We played all the courses in and around Kohler.

My middle brother, Jonny; who is a a legit 3, played it, and as he explained " I hit the ball so well. Complete on the nuts contact and felt lucky and blessed to fire 81.

Blackwolf Run hosted the 1998 U.S. Women's Open and is hosting it again this year. It's ranked #15 in Golf Digest 's ranking of America's 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses for 2011/2012

Whistling Straits (also near Kohler WI ) hosted the PGA Championship in 2004 and 2010 and the 2007 U.S. Senior Open. It is ranked No. 3 among America's 100 Public Greatest Courses
