Red or Green dot??

    When looking at friends on line some have a Red  and others a green dot  . What is difference ??

    Actually Scott I believe that it is

    • Grey - Offline or have chosen Offline as your Visibility in the options
    • Red - Online but unavailable to play as currently playing a game/round
    • Green - Online and available to play

    yes but the system doesn't work as I get invites while already playing

    This is not a bug Brian. You have the option to call anyone whether he/she is grey, green or red. Usually old timers like us, we know what red/grey light means and we don't send invites, but there are a lot of people out there who don't. So, it's up to the invited person to decide to do what he/she wants.

    I can see every invite to me sent whatever status i choose.

    Yep, I'm "offline" in my settings, yet keep getting invites from the same 4 or 5 people I never heard of on a daily basis...

    Thanks all, I believe this clears it up, I suppose red is actually telling me no use to invite because that player is busy even though he will still get invite , and Green means go ahead and invite as they can accept if they want.

    Sometimes a player who is Red will accept your invite.  They could be in the middle of a bad round and are looking for an excuse to quit and play something else more enjoyable 😉
