Trying to sell my old 3Wood, but ...

  I m trying to sell my old 3W and buy 3W L99.
  I did all "Goals & Achievements" and got around 2000 credits. Now i have 2600. I still need around 200 credits, so i decided to sell my old 3W.

  I did all what it needs, 3W sold and wgt says "324 credits will be added to your account".
  And nothing happens:
  - my old 3W is still there and no credits /I still have 2600 credits)

  Any suggestions?

  
  It looks like the selling option works OK, but no changes at my equipment list and account

  Contact Customer Service, They can take care of it for you- been a problem for a bit now

  I was hoping something is wrong on my side, what could be fixed fast.
  So, yeah, i m sure CS will do the things. Have to wait several days, guess

  75 hours later still no help.

  CS message says "inside 48 hours",  but if nothing gonna happ today it might go to the next week, monday or later
