Slow loading - Pls help

  Sorry for the delayed response, but I've had a particular busy week so far.

  Taking advice from whomever I get it, and trying a few things, but no luck so far.

  So this week I connected to a different ISP. They're speed was 50mbs down and 15mbs up, and I still had the same problem. On Friday I gave up after 40min to try and load a CC game, I tried both ISP and both had the same problem.

  I think we can rule out that the internet is the problem.

  Next thing will be to install the launcher on another PC at home and see what it does in peak times.

  I will try and answer a few of the questions above hereafter. Thanks everyone for trying to help.

  Q1: Not sure what the difference is, but the LTE router is plugged into my PC.

  Q2: Yes. Peak times 7pm to 10pm my time  is the absolute worst. Almost unplayable then

  Q3: Was suggested to me, but Steam and launcher both slow in peak times.

  I will try some of these suggestions over the weekend, but I have reset the internet. 

  Some weekends the kids are there, and then there is sharing of the connection, but mostly no one is there. I even unplug my Android TV Box and disconnect my phone from the wifi when playing.

  I will reply with the specs tonight when home.

  I restart the computer regularly, but it doesn't have much effect. I close all programs including my Kaspersky Anti-Virus when playing. Only programs running when I play is a Memory cleaner.

  I dont play many games except WGT, except maybe Northgard and AOE . No issues there.

  You could try using a VPN.  That solved a similar problem a friend of mine was having a little over a year ago.

  Your Kaspersky security suite has one Nico.

  I've never used it so it might be rubbish.  ; )

  Ive paid for the Kaspersky Premium edition as the built in one has a 300mb pd limit. Fingers crossed.

  Is there any other decent VPN's you'd suggest?

  As one that has/had slow loading for 6 years . I have been very vocal about it in these forums and with member services .

  7 years ago I lost my landline high speed internet . Not available in my new location . Since then I have tried every type of internet I could get in my area . Many different hot spot WiFi's . Phone WiFi's . Device WiFi's . Satellite WiFi . Tried a couple VPN's . Still no help .

  While TMobile " Home " WiFi is still not available in my area . TMobile sent me a new WiFi device called Franklin 10 .

  It is so much faster than anything else I have tried . And will suffice until TMobile Home WiFi becomes available in my area .

  At least I am past those many years of frustration .

  Even though many devices show 100% signal strength . !00% link quality . That in itself does not promise fast loads on WGT .

  Until you find the one that holds the ( very sensitive , hair trigger ) WGT servers . It can be a slow ride .
