driver has disappeared

  a couple of weeks ago while playing my driver disappeared and i still have no driver.

  has anyone had clubs going missing?

  ive contact wgt about it and they have said they will look into it as other players have reported the same problem but ive not heard anything from them since and have also sent them other messages which it seems they are ignoring.

  has anyone else had this problem resolved??

  surely wgt should or could replace my driver or refund me the credits to replace it

  Sorry to hear you are having issues.

  I am not sure if this will work or not but it may be worth a shot.

  1). Go to Game Settings.

  2). Under the General Section, change your Customize Equipment to NORMAL.

  3). Save and Close

  4). Go back to Game settings

  5). Change Customize Settings back to Advanced.

  6). Save and Close.

   

  This process has worked for players having issues equipping their 3rd Wedge. Maybe it will work for the Driver issue.

  Following up on Don's comments, which I agree with, I have a question.

  Did you add another club at the time your driver disappeared?

  I raise this because PCEA is very funky about what club they remove when you add one.  In Flash, we could rely on the equivalent club being removed.  The first time I changed clubs in PCEA, I changed a wedge ... I had 2 wedges removed and a starter hybrid added.  Went back to what I owned and eventually I clicked enough changes I got back to where I wanted to be.

  So check what clubs you own.  Your driver might still be there and you just need to re-instate it.  But then double check again to make sure the correct club was removed.

  This has been a problem for other players in our club.

  i was in the middle of a game when it disappeared tom

  and its nowhere to be seen...:(

  trying to put the message up on here from when it happened but not happening, basically said

  OOPS

  something unexpected happened please try again

  error code 1063 (you dont own the club with id: LVL_TLST_19_07_DRIVER.9.0)

  You could try clicking on your profile pic, then EDIT EQUIPMENT, and then equip a different driver than the driver they show you having equipped.  Then hit the < (back) button to save it.  

  If you try that, what happens?

  still not there sam, 

  my easy swing driver just aint the same..lol
