Game Stuck on Updating Profile

  Played a game on Friday evening 7/30 and starting Saturday 7/31 and since whenever I start WGT on my PC in never gets past the message UPDATING PROFILE.

  I left it run for a couple of hours, no luck.   I uninstall the launcher application and deleted all the folders on my PC, reinstalled and tried again with no luck.

  Anyone else having this problem?   Anyone with a suggestion?

  Have you tried logging out of the game then back in?

  Sometimes quitting and restarting a game is an effective way to fix crashing and freezing problems. To do this, select the X at the top-right corner of the screen to close the window (this quits the game), and then restart the game.
