Can someone explain this.
I play a 10k entry fee game with 20k in the bank.
I win the game and end up with 18 in the bank.
I should have 28k in the bank.
This has been happening more frequently.

You need to redo your math.
Player 1 = 10,000
Player 2 = 10,000
Total = 20,000
WGT takes a cut of 10%
20,000 - 10% = 18,000

His math is correct. He started out with 20K coins, wagered 10K of that total (10K not wagered), and won 18K. Add that 18K to the 10K he didn't wager and it comes out to 28K.
To the OP: Contact WGT at members@worldgolftour.com and explain the situation. Only they can resolve it for you.
