Small Clubs have a charm when everybody is active and participate in everything that keeps the membership alive. Nobody will pay to play for the Club. Everybody plays to have fun. Good leadership abounds when members join in to help everybody become a better golfer. The reward becomes obvious when members Tier Up and love their achievements.
We have a competitive edge and we want to keep on rolling with it. There is no difference in Prizes between 4th and 50th place in Clashes. That is our happy place. We intend to stay in that zone.
Looking for the right type, those that strive to get better at their own pace. Whether your pace includes the Earnings Leaderboard in WGT or working towards the next Tier, I do what I can to help the membership. That means our Tour Pros and Masters play the Club Tournaments with big wind and fast greens. They will get better fast, and the rewards will come soon enough. We can always use more help to get there quicker. We teach by example.
