*** Downtime tonight 4/27/21 ***

    It`s lack of communication around these parts lately , complaints and concerns are wafting on the breeze...only to go right on past those in the know .

    Either the folks at WGT don`t want to know , don`t give a hoot or they are lost in the loop themselves .

    Look at all the posts these past 4 months , with legit concerns about the direction WGT is heading in , meanwhile every update seems to bring more and more lack of reasoning behind them !

    Did anything get fixed this past update , not that I can see...but we got some new Taco Shorts for your consideration  LOL

    What was the Update targeted at ?

    Did it fail , or was it successful ?

    Communication please !

    I built some great courses  IMHO in our club..... Would love to hand um over to WGT for all to enjoy !!

    One Course "Sand & Surf"  has Water and/or "In play" bunkers on every hole (Ya think WGT would love that one with lost balls chances all over the joint LOL)

    Do tell us what did this update/maintenance fix, repair or return to functionality?

    For my club also we can only see CC tournaments progress within the game client!

    On the  Chrome or Firefox browser the CC Tournament information that should show

    current & completed info.. does show ANYTHING..

    P.ease fix this fast.

    Yep, no CC tourneys available on WGT. com. Which means we can't see the exact time they close, brilliant...

      Ooh . That is not good . This is one time I'm glad I'm not in a CC .

    Still only 13 Courses to play. Will the Best of 3, 4, 5, Hardest holes 'EVER be changed? or will the same boring old Holes still be there, day after day, year after year....

    and so the saga continues....

      Considering the state of the program . And the length of time and difficulty it seems to take to introduce a new course . I for one would rather see efforts improving what we have at this point . More does not seem better . Yet .

    Both before and after the downtime (what is going to be done / what has actually been done ).

    The way this is going is just bad and does not even show a minimum of customer orientation.

    Are you serious guys? Is this your understanding on how to run a business?

      That used to be a high concern for many . Truthfully . We got over it . No matter how one approaches this . It is never going to happen .

      Getting used to that . Also makes one realize . That no information is good information .

      The only things they could talk about are the complexities of all the many features that are missing and the glitches that exist . And how all of this takes time .

      I don't want to hear that .

      Years ago . And to the present as well . It is known that this circle of forum users . Is a very small number of what makes up the WGT Universe . Like less than 1 % . Although now it may be closer to 1 % .

      That is only that moderation has so little communication .

      Customer Support . On the other hand . Has an entirely different reputation . If you have real issues . Concerning the particular game play for yourself . Or monetary concerns . Equipment fails ( rentals ) etc . multimedia glitches , owners tools , CC forums , etc . Tournament pay outs and results .

      They are very good at addressing and communicating all of that and more .

      Since we do not have a " SUPPORT FORUM " . Customer Support does a decent job . Considering how busy they must be .

      I just wouldn't worry about it if I were you .

    found it. now you cannot play videos(free credit) on two devices simultaneously

     

    if videos play on iOS iPad don't play them.
