What is truly upsetting to all of the above is the lack of communication coming from WGT. If you cannot fix the above problems, please just tell us so we can go on with our lives. If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business.....
You have been around for a good bit . So you know this to be typical throughout .
You may be right . In that if there had a good rapport all this time including now .
Would they in fact be much more successful ? At this point ? That is very likely .
If this does lead to failure . All this would be forgotten very quickly .
And deservedly so . Not upsetting at all . Since we had plenty of preparation .
Or . On the other hand . Does this type of gap or void in communication ? Really effect their success ?
The answer would seem to be obvious . That YES . When out on the links . When this glitch or that error . Occur multiple times daily .
Those events tend to remind one of the lack of knowing if or when these brick walls will ever be fixed .
Not inspiring one to purchase another pack of $12.00 balls . To hold off on that final equipment upgrade .
Until it is proven that the investment pays off . Playing blind is wearing thin .
