    Anybody else been sending support tickets recently. Not needed to send one for a long time, but I lost a sizeable amount of credits from a skins game that didn't actually take place, I was booted back to lobby, or creator got timed out.....but it didn't happen. But  WGT had the creds.

    Sent 2 tickets about this over last 10 days with no response, in the days before Topgolf around they were pretty good with responses and solutions.

    Interested if people have had similar experience?

    Couple weeks ago I sent a message about getting refunded for my golf bag. Only took them a few days to respond and I did get refunded. Good luck and I hope everything works out for you.

    You are lucky its just been 10 days.

     

    I have sent 4 Emails concerning a club tournament that ended in December 2020 that failed to pay-out. Almost as if they decided just not to respond to anymore tickets..

    Still have not had any response
