  Perhaps they're hoping clicking the play now button will bring back flash. : )

  They are all falling to being a victim of habit.

  Since the release of PCEA, I simply open the Launcher first then come to the website through the Launcher. I had not experienced any update issues. When one was available, it simply downloaded before opening the game.

  See page 1 of this thread.  If you've downloaded and installed the WGT app, there should be an icon on your Windows desktop that says "WGT Launcher".  Double-click that to launch the game.

  Same thing is happening to me on my Mac laptop. Using the launcher, it says the game is updated, but won't go past the loading screen. Same thing happens when I try to open it from Steam

  What is the launcher & where is it? I am computer stupid. Is it words or an icon?

  On my PC it is an icon / shortcut - just click on it and the update should happen very quickly
