Tom -10 -- Achtbaan -11 on kiawah Fairway fanatics vs TCC pirates
Both started solid with birds on 1st hole. On the second hole Tom eagled and i shot a double bogey. Tom carried on playing nicely on front 9, while i struggled on the front 9 with me only ending up with a -2 after 9 holes played. At one point Tom lead by a 4 stroke difference. On the back 9 it was me that had the better game. I think Tom struggled on the back 9 (or he was feeling sorry for me,lol) but bit by bit i crept back to having a 1 stroke lead, which Tom got back when i birdied and Tom eagled the final par 5. We got to hole 18 with both a -10 on the card, Tom missed the birdie and i managed to sink mine, snatching the win . It was an absolute thriller of a game in my point of view, without either of us playing our best game. Game was streamed and i think the viewers had the better part of the deal,lol.
Tom is a class act ,i well enjoyed that game and i feel like a pirate after stealing the win on final hole.
