Does anyone know what the L + number in the top right corner of an apparel block is? I'm thinking it has something to do with Level? Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks

its just the level of that particular item. it has nothing to do with your level or tier.
they range from 1-10. the higher the level the better the stats.
