I have been having a frustrating time churning out pars in low winds, but this time it clicked. I did some homework on winds and putts and so I was able to reduce the length of my putts and made a 58, turning at 8 under. Lipped two eagle putts and missed bird on the 14th, so happy with the result.

really tough wind set this time round, always seemed to be in the wrong direction on the wrong hole.

Scrapped my way around for a 63 in wk 12 Pebble.

wedge0837: Yeah well not a stellar performance out there today. That bogey on One set the tone, got in my head a bit.

The whole 18 was a struggle with strong winds and off speed greens and putts coming up short.

Was happy to make a Eagle on 15th for sure, but right after bogeyed the 16th to remain on the same downward trend of the day! Lucky to make a 69

Disappointed as I am usually very good here.

70. My downward trend mirrors a missed putt on one of PB's sloped greens.

Driving accurracy...79% and that tells the whole story. If it weren't for 100% scrambling and 100% sand saves my score would of been worse. Finished with a 63. Cheers

Yes indeed. There I am, -4 after 3 holes, feeling good, this game's a piece of cake right?

As is often the case with me, the Back Nine Curse slapped me full in the face and I had three bogies coming home. A birdie on the last reversed one of them but the damage was well and truly done by then and I crawled into the clubhouse on my hands and knees to hand in a 64.
