First off, you have plenty Master games, many more than the 40 necessary to saturate as a Master. Now, only scores reducing the average will count.
Two, let's talk gross scores to come to the bottom of averages. Your 32 equals 64 in the calculations, 33 equals 66. Since neither seems to drop your average, only 31s (=62) and lower will contribute to your tier promotion. You had three of those scores about a month ago, so you know how to do it - do it more!
(but not on Par3, Par5 and CC Custom courses!)
