Purchase error...

  has anyone else got the a error when trying to purchase something?

  i tryed TWICE today to get the Promo Bundle 19 ( The King Corba stuff) and both times it took the money but gave me nothing... the first screen shot is the items i was trying to get and the second screen shot is the error..i sent emails but they have not got back to me...I NEED HELP...lol

  Case, I would suggest you contact WGT via their online form:  https://m.wgt.com/help/request?ref=wgt.  Keep your screenshots to show them if they ask for them.

  Thank you for your reply.. sadly i have contacted them .... Twice in fact.... they still have not gotten back to me yet...it really sucks cuz i love this game and don't mind spending money on it to play ( i will not tho till this gets fixed).. i know it's only 10 dollars but the not the point..

  Shouldn't it be members@ - a typo?

  @C: In your account tab, there should be an indication what they sold to you - another proof of the action.

  Curious: Is it possible to own two sets of this promo? Otherwise, another pointed hint to the fact that something was wrong...

  The second photo that shows the error screen says "Steam micro transaction not approved"  

  Are you playing using the Steam version or just the regular PCEA launcher?

  I thought there had been some issues before with purchasing stuff via the Steam accounts??? Could this be the issue?

  Yes on steam you have to put the credits in your wallet in steam and WGT takes it from there.
