I'd reckon Topgolf will just have some sort of deal with sky.  Showing the football on tellys in the UK venues for example, sky helping them try to sell the "free" game.

hmmm, is sky Murdock or these guys now?

Comcast has been criticized for multiple reasons; its customer satisfaction often ranks among the lowest in the cable industry.[15][16] In addition, Comcast has violated net neutrality practices in the past, and, despite Comcast's commitment to a narrow definition of net neutrality,[17] critics advocate a definition which precludes any distinction between Comcast's private network services and the rest of the Internet.[18] Critics also point out a lack of competition in the vast majority of Comcast's service area; there is limited competition among cable providers.[19] Furthermore, given Comcast's negotiating power as a large ISP, some suspect that Comcast could leverage paid peering agreements to unfairly influence end-user connection speeds. Its ownership of both content production (in NBCUniversal) and content distribution (as an ISP) has raised antitrust concerns. These issues, in addition to others, led to Comcast being dubbed "The Worst Company in America" by The Consumerist in 2010 and 2014

Either way, doesn't seem s great step forward.

"Play our amazing free virtual golf challenge game in your browser. . ."

How long do you think that is going to last SKY Sports?

    Here is an interesting tidbit.

Dallas-based Topgolf tees up IPO talks with possible merger into blank-check company

Special purpose acquisition companies are an increasingly popular way for closely held companies to go public in a period of market tumult and volatility.

Dallas-based Topgolf International Inc., an operator of driving ranges with a party atmosphere, is in talks to go public through a merger with the blank-check company Churchill Capital Corp. II, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Topgolf is in talks to merge with the special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, led by former Citigroup banker Michael Klein, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private. Churchill is seeking to raise additional equity as part of the deal and has begun conversations with potential investors, one of the people said

This is quite an interesting development. What's the purpose though, financing or listing stocks?
